Transportation Coding Change

March 5, 2026

In accordance with state recommendations, effective April 1, 2026, CPT code Z0330 will no longer be considered a valid code for services billed to Fidelis Care.

For Partial Care services, Fidelis Care recommends that providers use the following transportation codes instead:

  • A0120–UC
  • A0425–UC

Please ensure that claims submitted on or after April 1, 2026, reflect this update to avoid claim denials or processing delays.
